Date, From, To, Subject, SizeBytes, Attachments — one row per message, in the order the messages appear in the mailbox. UTF-8 with a BOM, so Excel opens it correctly.

Is the CSV export really free?

Yes — unlimited rows, no account, no watermark, no daily cap. The paid license is only for the merged PDF export (full message bodies in one document).

Does the CSV include message bodies?

No. It carries metadata only: date, sender, recipients, subject, size in bytes, and attachment names. That's deliberate — it stays compact, opens instantly in Excel, and is exactly what inventories and review workflows need.

How do I open the CSV in Excel or Google Sheets?

Excel: double-click the file (the UTF-8 BOM makes Excel read international characters correctly), or Data → From Text/CSV. Google Sheets: File → Import → Upload.

Is my mailbox uploaded anywhere?

No. Indexing and CSV generation run entirely in your browser. Check the Network tab in your browser's developer tools — no file content ever goes over the wire.
